Skeleton 3D model with puzzle making.

After the wooden cubic model, the next step is to create a skeleten of the islands using iron material.  I have to do it as perfect as possible the outline of the archipelago and then to do the ouline of the island's  sections in every x distance to give an dimension in the interior.

Then I had to stretch the cloth to cover the main island and glue it underneath to make sure its stretched for a while. Once is stretched and the major cloth area is sticked to the iron , start using a spatula and "rub" with PVA glue on the top of the surface several times.

Then you must wait untill the next day to unsure it will be rigid and hard. In the next day when you touch the cloth, verify the surface is allready
non-flexible and hard, Then with thin black pen, trace all the "veins" that u can see. When I finish, the result was interesting where I could see diferent shapes like if was a puzzel in 3D. Also can be seen, the areas are distinguish due to topographic levels of the island.

At your side you can see the final result that I made it. Many curves were the main highlights on the final design at the top of the island using textil material.

In the same day, using the last model I have to create a puzzel with greyboard material. First I have to take a photo, an elevation view to see clearly all the lines the surface. then print out the image withou changing the scale. With a tracing paper  put over the picture and trace it accurately by pen. When all the lines and the outline were created in the tracing paper, brought a sharp knife and very carefully cuted the outline first and then all the shapes separetely
Then with greyboard, all the separeted shapes thats are in a pile, one by one trace it on the top of the greybord with pencil. Once the board is designed  with all outlined shapes, I picked the knife again and cut it one shape each. When is done, I pretended to solve the puzzel, until is in one "piece".

Below, it shows better how the puzzle was created and I thought put the puzzle on the top of the model will have a better visualization how it ended. As the puzzle model is too flexible i have to put seceral yellow tape to join as much as possible all the pieces.
