This is my final plan of the BAA' beer garden in Writtle College. I had to design in a way where the students could be more connected with social life and parties. It must have a walkway or passage between the garden and stream.
The client wanted something that could attract them to pass atthe end of the day or at night. With an average balance and with a low maintainance
I designed a simple style which can offers: save, create events and even an area that the students could be "away" their harsh university life for couple of minutes nearby the stream.
As the client told us that doesn't want a high maintainace garden , because the garden is used for students where their time in the site is to have "fun" while drinking loads of alcoholic drinks thats can destroy vegetation surrounded.
The perspective hand drawings that I made, give an idea how it looks like generally. Each colour presented a hard landscaping : Red - brick, Grey - natural grey stone / metal, Dark Grey - concrete Brown - wood, Green - vegetation, Blue - water / glass, Orange - gravel and White- plastic material.
